Or you can do it with an elegant look using the talent of hard work and not letting the obstacles of the job stand in the way. The first impression. In order to do this, you need to learn how the business is generating revenue and become part of the revenue producing department. Why? Because if you are not making the company money you are making the company loose money because you are an expense to the company! The point I am trying to make is, do you want to increase your income substantially, if so you need to develop a financially valued skill. What are financially valued skills?

They are sales, marketing, and any aspect of the business that generates new sales or create more sales on the backend. This can also be in the manufacturing department. Whatever the need of the company may be you need to become invaluable. How do you become invaluable? You develop a status quo of being the go to person for all the company's bottom line decision making. But ladies never forget to be that woman in business suit!
